How Long Is Gamble With Your Friends? — Days & Endless Mode
How long Gamble With Your Friends takes: 13 in-game days of ~5 real minutes each, a 2-3 hour campaign, speedruns under 11 minutes, and Endless Mode for uncapped runs — every number source-tagged.
A full Gamble With Your Friends campaign runs 13 in-game days at roughly 5 real minutes per day, so a complete playthrough lands at about 2-3 hours for a normal crew — and the last of those days is not a gambling day at all but the ending. That is the short answer; the longer one involves speedrunners, day-counting disputes, and the V1.0.30 update that removed the ceiling entirely.

Each day gives the crew about five minutes to hit the loan shark's quota; survive roughly every three days and a new floor unlocks. Day 12 is the last full gambling day — overshoot it hard, because day 13 cannot earn. Day 13 is the boss floor: the vault, the debt settlement, and the final double-or-nothing coin flip that ends the run (see endings). One popular stream counts "12 gambling days + the final day" — same shape, different arithmetic; both agree the finish is a boss encounter, not a 13th shift at the tables.

- First run (learning): 2-3 hours — most crews fail a day or two early and restart (runs reset from day one on failure; the game-over is final).
- 100% completion: well beyond one run — the two winning endings are mutually exclusive, plus the hidden parkour and rare-table achievements (see achievements).
- Casual with friends: groups routinely burn whole evenings in single long runs chasing trillions — the day timer caps each day, not the session.
Speedruns: under 11 minutes
The community has compressed the whole campaign dramatically: the widely-cited world record sits around 10 minutes (a solo run by Chocolate, using only the floor-1 craps corner strategy at min bets), with sub-20-minute runs common among practiced pairs. The timer stops when the ending cutscene starts. If "how long is this game" brought you here, that is your upper bound on skill.

Before the big July update, "the run is only 13 days" was the most common complaint — and V1.0.30 (July 24, 2026) answered it directly with Endless Mode, uncapped runs for crews who never want the vault to come. Custom rules arrived in the same patch. Note the doc trail: older guides describing the 13-day limit as immutable predate that update.
